Wine Consultant: Spyros Triantafyllou
About Spyros; he has a Msc degree in Services Management from the Athens University of Economic and Business, and 20 years experience in the corporate travel industry. His wine journey started in 2014, after a semester of introductory courses to wine, followed by specialized courses in WSPC, the official representative of WSET in Greece. He combined his love for wine with his expertise in the travel industry by creating his first venture in 2017 – vins oenotourism events – with a vision to share the history of wines and wineries to all wine enthusiasts alike.
During that time he met with Apostolos, which led to the creation of vins cellar, introducing the concept of storing your precious bottles of wine in a proper manner, balancing the design, space, temperature, and your personal style.

Architect: Apostolos Papaeconomou
About Apostolos; studied architecture in Germany, specialized in design and construction of professional spaces and systematic construction, member of the Hannover Architectural Institute since 1982, co founder of A&M architects, CEO until 2007, and managing director until 2010. On the same year he founded six9ten design firm with the moto “…architecture in progress”, introducing and implementing new design concepts. He is involved in major projects of retails stores of the automotive industry, fashion and HoReCa.
In 2014 a new venture came to life; that of the wine, the winery, the label, and the bottle design. The architecture design concept discovers the interest of setting, storing and presenting a space as required by the wine! A space with its own ambience, symmetry, and color; a space that will allow the wine to hide its unique character, evolve, and highlight the aromas, flavors and essence; its grandeur.
